परजनस्य पूर्वमध्यमोत्तमवधा दण्डाः क्रेतृश्रोतृऋणां च ॥

Transliteration

parajanasya pūrva-madhyama-uttama-vadhā daṇḍāḥ kretṛ-śrotṛ-ṛṇāṃ ca

Translation

ចំពោះការជួញដូរ/ដោះដូរ «មនុស្សរបស់អ្នកដទៃ» (parajana) ទណ្ឌកម្មត្រូវបានចាត់ថ្នាក់ជា កម្រិតដំបូង កម្រិតមធ្យម និងកម្រិតខ្ពស់; ហើយការទទួលខុសត្រូវក៏ពាក់ព័ន្ធដល់ អ្នកទិញ អ្នកដែល “ស្តាប់/យល់ព្រម” (អ្នកមធ្យម ឬអ្នកអនុម័ត) និងម្ចាស់បំណុលផងដែរ។
