सीदन्तस्ते वयो यथा गोश्रीते मधौ मदिरे विवक्षणे । अभि त्वामिन्द्र नोनुमः ॥
Transliteration
sīdántas te váyo yáthā góśrīte mádhau madiré vivákṣaṇe | abhí tvām índra nonumaḥ ||
Translation
जैसे तेरे वयः (शक्तियाँ) हमारे भीतर आकर स्थिर होती हैं—गोधन-समृद्ध मधुरता में, विवेक के मादक मधु में ठहरती किरणों की भाँति—वैसे ही हम, हे इन्द्र, तुझी ओर स्वयं को दबाते-उकसाते हैं; तुझी ओर बार-बार प्रेरित होते हैं।
