Sukta 8.21
वयं हि त्वा बन्धुमन्तमबन्धवो विप्रास इन्द्र येमिम । या ते धामानि वृषभ तेभिरा गहि विश्वेभिः सोमपीतये ॥
vayáṃ hí tvā bandhu-mántam abandhávo víprāsa indra yemimá | yā́ te dhā́māni vṛṣabha tébhir ā́ gahi víśvebhiḥ sóma-pītaye ||
हम, जो अन्य आश्रयों से रहित हैं, तुझे ही सच्चे बन्धनों से युक्त अपना बन्धु मानकर थामे रहते हैं; हे इन्द्र, हम विप्र तुझसे ही जुड़े रहते हैं। हे वृषभ-बलवान, अपने समस्त धामों और शक्तियों सहित यहाँ आ—विश्व-समेत—सोमपान के लिए; हमारे यज्ञ-आह्वान में पूर्ण रूप से प्रवेश कर।
