अच्छा हि त्वा सहसः सूनो अङ्गिरः स्रुचश्चरन्त्यध्वरे । ऊर्जो नपातं घृतकेशमीमहेऽग्निं यज्ञेषु पूर्व्यम् ॥
Transliteration
ácchā hí tvā sahasaḥ sū́no aṅgiraḥ srúcaś cáranty adhvaré | ū́rjo nápātaṃ ghṛtákeśam īmahe ’gníṃ yajñéṣu pū́rvyam ||
Translation
હે સહસના સૂનુ, હે અઙ્ગિરસ, અધ્વરમાં સ્રુચો ખરેખર તારી તરફ ગતિ કરે છે. અમે યજ્ઞોમાં પુરાતન એવા અગ્નિને—ઊર્જાના નપાતને, ઘૃત-કેશને—અન્વેષીએ છીએ.
