dhībhíḥ sātā́ni kāṇvásya vājínaḥ priyá-medhair abhídyu-bhiḥ | ṣaṣṭíṃ sahásrā́nu nír-majāmaje nír yūthā́ni gávām ṛ́ṣiḥ ||

ધી-પ્રેરિત વિચારો દ્વારા, કાણ્વના વિજય-લાભો દ્વારા—વાજિન (બળવાન) એવા, પ્રિયમેધ (પ્રિય-મેધાવિ) અને અભિદ્યુ (દિવ્યને જીતનાર) શક્તિઓ દ્વારા—અમે ક્રમશઃ સાઠ હજારને બહાર ખેંચી લઈએ છીએ; ઋષિ ગવાં નિર્યૂથાનિ—ગૌઓના ઝુંડ (કિરણ-ધેનુઓ)—છુપાવમાંથી પ્રગટ કરે છે.
