Sukta 5.32
एकं नु त्वा सत्पतिं पाञ्चजन्यं जातं शृणोमि यशसं जनेषु । तं मे जगृभ्र आशसो नविष्ठं दोषा वस्तोर्हवमानास इन्द्रम् ॥
ékaṃ nu tvā satpátiṃ pā́ñcajanyaṃ jātáṃ śṛṇomi yaśásaṃ jáneṣu | táṃ me jagṛbhra āśáso náviṣṭhaṃ dóṣā vástor havamānāsa índram ||
એકલો જ તું—સત્પતિ, પાંઞ્ચજન્ય (પાંચ જાતિઓનો સ્વામી)—જન્મેલો; હું તને મનુષ્યોમાં યશસ્વી તરીકે સાંભળું છું. રાતે અને પ્રભાતે હવન કરતાં અમે ઇન્દ્રને બોલાવીએ છીએ; મારી આશાઓ તેને—નવિષ્ઠ, અતિનવ અને અતિનિકટ—રૂપે પકડી લે છે.
