यदद्य सूर उदिते यन्मध्यंदिन आतुचि । वामं धत्थ मनवे विश्ववेदसो जुह्वानाय प्रचेतसे ॥
Transliteration
yád adyá sū́re údite yán madhyándina ātúci | vāmáṃ dháttha mánave viśva-vedaso júhvānāya prá-cetase ||
Translation
Ob heute beim Aufgang der Sonne oder in der drängenden Glut des Mittags: legt dem Menschen das begehrenswerte Gut zu, o Allwissende, dem Weitsichtigen, der mit der Schöpfkelle darbringt.
