समुद्रे अन्तः शयत उद्ना वज्रो अभीवृतः । भरन्त्यस्मै संयतः पुरःप्रस्रवणा बलिम् ॥

samudré antár śayate udnā́ vájro abhī́vṛtaḥ | bháranty asmai saṃ-yatáḥ puráḥ-prasravaṇā balím ||

Im Innern des Ozeans liegt der Vajra, die Donnerkraft, von den Wassern umhüllt; die vorwärtsströmenden Fluten, in geordneter Zügelung gehalten, bringen ihm ihren Tribut — ein Opfer an Kraft.
