मनोजवा अयमान आयसीमतरत्पुरम् । दिवं सुपर्णो गत्वाय सोमं वज्रिण आभरत् ॥

mánojavā́ áyamāna āyasī́m átaram púrām | dívaṃ supárṇo gátvāya sómaṃ vajríṇa ā́ abharat ||

Gedankenschnell, geradlinig schreitend, durchquerte er die eiserne Feste; der Schönbeflügelte ging zum Himmel und brachte Soma dem Vajrin, dem Träger des Vajra.
