Sukta 2.11
अरोरवीद्वृष्णो अस्य वज्रोऽमानुषं यन्मानुषो निजूर्वात् । नि मायिनो दानवस्य माया अपादयत्पपिवान्त्सुतस्य ॥
ároravīd vṛ́ṣṇo asya vájro ’mā́nuṣaṃ yán mā́nuṣo nijū́rvāt | ní māyíno dānavásya māyā́ apā́dayat papivā́nt sutásya ||
Der Vajra dieses Stieres brüllte – übermenschlich an Kraft –, wenn das Menschliche (in uns) vom Ermatten zermürbt ist. Vom gepressten Soma trinkend, warf er die Māyā-Künste des Dānava, des Täuschers, nieder.
