उप ब्रह्माणि हरिवो हरिभ्यां सोमस्य याहि पीतये सुतस्य । इन्द्र त्वा यज्ञः क्षममाणमानड्दाश्वाँ अस्यध्वरस्य प्रकेतः ॥

úpa bráhmāṇi harivo háribhyāṃ sómasya yāhi pītáye sutásya | índra tvā yajñáḥ kṣámamāṇam ā́naḍ dāśvā́m̐ asyádhvarásya prakétaḥ ||

Tritt heran zu den heiligen Brahman-Formeln, o Herr der Haris, mit deinen beiden fahlen (hari-) Kräften; komm, den gepressten Soma zu trinken. O Indra, das Opfer ruft dich, den mit uns Duldenden und Ausharrenden; du bist der Geber, der klare Kenner dieses Opferganges (adhvara).
