अथवार्यमाधाय कुलबन्धन आर्याणामापदि निष्क्रयं चाधिगम्य बालं साहाय्यदातारं वा पूर्वं निष्क्रीणीरन् ॥ कZ_०३.१३.०५ ॥
athavāryamādhāya kulabandhana āryāṇāmāpadi niṣkrayaṃ cādhigamya bālaṃ sāhāyyadātāraṃ vā pūrvaṃ niṣkrīṇīran
أو بدلاً من ذلك، بعد تقديم كفيلٍ كريم (ārya) أو ضامنٍ عائلي (kulabandhana) رهناً، وبعد تحصيل مال الفداء في حالة الآريّ الواقع في ضيق، ينبغي أن يُفتدى أولاً القاصر أو من يقدّم العون/الدعم.
