प्राग्नये विश्वशुचे धियंधेऽसुरघ्ने मन्म धीतिं भरध्वम् । भरे हविर्न बर्हिषि प्रीणानो वैश्वानराय यतये मतीनाम् ॥
Transliteration
prā́gnáye viśvá-śúce dhiyáṃdhe ’sura-ghné mánma dhītíṃ bharadhvam | bháre havír ná bárhiṣi prīṇānó vaiśvānaráya yátaye matīnā́m ||
Translation
向阿耆尼（Agni）——遍净之火、诛灭敌对之力者——先献上我们的思念；并奉上受灵感的圣言与洞见的慧觉。愿他如祭品安坐于圣草座（barhis）而得满足，为毗湿瓦那罗（Vaiśvānara）——引导诸思之主——勤行，使我们的意念得以趋向正道。
