Atma Upanishad 24: Verse 24
संयुक्तमेकतां याति तथात्मन्यात्मविन्मुनिः । एवं विदेहकैवल्यं सन्मात्रत्वमखण्डितम् ॥२४॥
संयुक्तम् । एकताम् । याति । तथा । आत्मनि । आत्म-वित् । मुनिः । एवम् । विदेह-कैवल्यम् । सत्-मात्रत्वम् । अखण्डितम् ॥२४॥
saṃyuktam ekatāṃ yāti tathātmany ātmavin muniḥ | evaṃ videhakaivalyaṃ sanmātratvam akhaṇḍitam ||24||
جو چیزیں ملتی ہیں وہ ایکتائی کو پہنچتی ہیں؛ اسی طرح آتما میں آتما کو جاننے والا مُنی ایک ہی ہو کر ٹھہرتا ہے۔ یوں بےجسم تنہائی (وِدےہ کیولیہ) ہے—محض وجود (ست) کی غیر منقسم، اکھنڈ حالت۔
What is conjoined becomes one; so too, in the Self the sage who knows the Self (abides as one). Thus (there is) bodiless aloneness (videha-kaivalya), the undivided state of mere Being (sat-mātratva).
