अद्याद्या श्वःश्व इन्द्र त्रास्व परे च नः । विश्वा च नो जरितॄन्त्सत्पते अहा दिवा नक्तं च रक्षिषः ॥

Sanskrit recitationRig Veda 8.61.17

adyā́-adyā śváḥ-śva índra trā́svá paré ca naḥ | viśvā́ ca no jaritṝ́n sat-pate áhā dívā náktaṃ ca rakṣiṣaḥ ||

Day by day and again day by day, and from tomorrow to tomorrow, O Indra, save us, and save us from what is beyond us. O lord of the true, protect all our singers, by day and by night.
