Sukta 8.4
यदिन्द्र प्रागपागुदङ्न्यग्वा हूयसे नृभिः । सिमा पुरू नृषूतो अस्यानवेऽसि प्रशर्ध तुर्वशे ॥
yád indra prā́g apā́g údaṅ nyàg vā hūyáse nṛ́bhiḥ | símā purū́ nṛ-sū́to asyā́nave ’si praśardha turváśe ||
اے اندر، چاہے آپ کو مشرق سے یا مغرب سے، اوپر سے یا نیچے سے انسانوں کی طرف سے پکارا جائے، آپ واقعی وہ کثیر ہیں جو انسانی روح کی طاقت سے پیدا ہوتے ہیں، آپ تلاش کرنے والے کے لیے فتح مندانہ آگے بڑھنے والے دباؤ ہیں، ترشا کے لیے فتح مند طاقت بن کر آئیں۔
