समिद्धे अग्नौ सुत इन्द्र सोम आ त्वा वहन्तु हरयो वहिष्ठाः । त्वायता मनसा जोहवीमीन्द्रा याहि सुविताय महे नः ॥
sámiddhe agnáu sutá índra sóma ā́ tvā vahantu háryo váhiṣṭhāḥ | tvāyatā mánasā johavī́mī́ndra ā́ yāhi suvitā́ya mahé naḥ ||
جب اگنی روشن ہو اور سوما نچوڑا جائے، اے اندر، سب سے زیادہ لے جانے والے بورے گھوڑے تجھے لائیں۔ تجھ سے پوری طرح متوجہ دل سے میں تجھے پکارتا ہوں: آ، اے اندر، ہماری بڑی بھلائی اور فتح مند پیش رفت کے لیے۔
