Sukta 6.28
प्रजावतीः सूयवसं रिशन्तीः शुद्धा अपः सुप्रपाणे पिबन्तीः । मा वः स्तेन ईशत माघशंसः परि वो हेती रुद्रस्य वृज्याः ॥
prajā́vatīḥ su-yávasaṃ riśántīḥ śuddhā́ ápaḥ su-prapāṇé píbantīḥ | mā vaḥ stená īśata mā́gha-śaṃsaḥ pári vo hetī́ rudrásya vṛjyāḥ ||
اے کرنیں، اولاد والی، اچھی چراگاہ میں چرنے والی، پاک پانی پیتی ہوئی اچھے پانی کے مقام پر، تم پر کوئی چور حکمرانی نہ کرے، کوئی برا بولنے والا غالب نہ آئے۔ تمہارے گرد رُدر کا تیر ہٹ جائے۔
