Sukta 4.17
नू ष्टुत इन्द्र नू गृणान इषं जरित्रे नद्यो न पीपेः । अकारि ते हरिवो ब्रह्म नव्यं धिया स्याम रथ्यः सदासाः ॥
nū́ ṣṭutá indra nū́ gṛṇāńa íṣaṃ jaritré nádyò ná pīpeḥ | ákāri te harivo bráhma návyaṃ dhiyā́ syāma rathyàḥ sadā́sāḥ ||
اب ستایا جاتا ہے، اے اندر، اب گایا جاتا ہے، تو گائک کے لیے جذبے کو بڑھا جیسے دریا اپنے بہاؤ کو بڑھاتے ہیں۔ تیرے لیے ایک نیا منتر بنایا گیا ہے، اے سنہرے گھوڑوں کے مالک؛ بصیرت کے ذریعے ہم رتھ کے کام کے لیے مناسب ہوں، ہمیشہ تیرے ساتھ بیٹھے رہیں۔
