Sukta 2.27
न दक्षिणा वि चिकिते न सव्या न प्राचीनमादित्या नोत पश्चा । पाक्या चिद्वसवो धीर्या चिद्युष्मानीतो अभयं ज्योतिरश्याम् ॥
ná dakṣiṇā́ ví cikite ná savyā́ ná prācī́nam ādityā́ nóta paścā́ | pā́kyā cid vasavo dhī́ryā cid yuṣmā́nīto abháyaṃ jyótiḥ aśyām ||
کوئی دائیں طرف پہچانی نہیں جاتی، نہ بائیں؛ نہ مشرق نہ مغرب، اے آدتیہ دیو۔ حتیٰ کہ بچگانہ ذہن سے یا دانا ذہن سے - تمہارے چلائے ہوئے، اے واسو روشن طاقتیں - میں بے خوف نور کو حاصل کروں۔
