Sukta 2.11
सृजो महीरिन्द्र या अपिन्वः परिष्ठिता अहिना शूर पूर्वीः । अमर्त्यं चिद्दासं मन्यमानमवाभिनदुक्थैर्वावृधानः ॥
sṛjó mahī́r indra yā́ ápinvaḥ pári-sthitā́ áhinā śūra pūrvī́ḥ | ámartyam cid dāsáṃ mányamānam ávā́bhinad ukthaír vāvṛdhā́naḥ ||
آپ نے چھوڑ دیے، اے اندر، وہ وسیل قوتیں جو قدیم زمانے سے بند تھیں، سانپ کے ذریعے گھری ہوئی، اے بہادر۔ اس خادم کو بھی جو اپنے آپ کو لافانی سمجھتا تھا، آپ نے گرا دیا؛ بھجنوں سے بڑھتے ہوئے، آپ رکاوٹ توڑتے ہیں۔
