दिवस्परि प्रथमं जज्ञे अग्निरस्मद्द्वितीयं परि जातवेदाः । तृतीयमप्सु नृमणा अजस्रमिन्धान एनं जरते स्वाधीः ॥
divás pári prathamáṃ jajñe agnír asmád dvitī́yaṃ pári jātávedāḥ | tṛtī́yam apsú nṛmánā ájasram índhāna enaṃ jarate svādhī́ḥ ||
آسمان سے وہ پہلے پیدا ہوا، اگنی؛ ہم سے وہ دوبارہ جاتویدس کے طور پر پیدا ہوا۔ تیسری بار پانیوں میں، انسان کی مرضی اسے لگاتار جلاتی ہے؛ صحیح سوچ والا، ہمیشہ جلاتے ہوئے، اپنی مہارت سے اسے بڑھاتا ہے۔
