یہ مختصر شفا بخش منتر کُشٹھا کو ایک ایسی دوا کے طور پر مجاز بناتا ہے جو الہامی طور پر حاصل کی گئی، امرت سے پیدا شدہ ہے، اور اس کا اصل مقام اعلیٰ فلک اور ادویہ کا ماخذ دنیا ہِماونٹ میں ہے۔ اس کے فلکی حصول (بطور 'امرت کا پھول/نشان') کا بیان کرکے اور اسے تمام جڑی بوٹیوں کا 'رحم' قرار دے کر، سُکتا رسمی طور پر کُشٹھا کو اگد بناتا ہے، یعنی مستقل بیماریوں کے لیے ایک مؤثر تریاق اور شفا بخش دوا۔

कुष्ठौषधिः। अ॒श्व॒त्थो दे॑व॒सद॑नस्तृ॒तीय॑स्यामि॒तो दि॒वि। तत्रा॒मृत॑स्य॒ चक्ष॑णं दे॒वाः कुष्ठ॑मवन्वत
کشتھا، شفا بخش جڑی بوٹی۔ اشودھ، دیوتاؤں کا مقام، تیسرے بے انتہا آسمان میں کھڑا ہے۔ وہاں امرت کا نشان تھا، وہاں دیوتاؤں نے کشتھا اپنے لیے جیتا۔

हि॒र॒ण्ययी॒ नौर॑चर॒द्धिर॑ण्यबन्धना दि॒वि। तत्रा॒मृत॑स्य॒ पुष्पं॑ दे॒वाः कुष्ठ॑मवन्वत
ایک سونے کی کشتی آسمان میں سونے کے بندھن سے چلتی تھی۔ وہاں امرت کا پھول تھا، وہاں دیوتاؤں نے کشتھا اپنے لیے جیتا۔

गर्भो॑ अ॒स्योष॑धीनां॒ गर्भो॑ हि॒मव॑तामु॒त। गर्भो॒ विश्व॑स्य भू॒तस्ये॒मं मे॑ अग॒दं कृ॑धि
وہ جڑی بوٹیوں کا گربھ ہے، ہماوت پہاڑوں کا بھی گربھ ہے، تمام وجود کا گربھ ہے، تو اسے میرے لیے ایک تریاق بنا۔
