जन्मतश्च शिरो यद्धि पञ्चमं तज्जगाद ह ॥ मन्त्रंाथर्वणं रुद्रो येन सद्यः प्रमुच्यते ॥
janmataś ca śiro yaddhi pañcamaṃ taj jagāda ha || mantram ātharvaṇaṃ rudro yena sadyaḥ pramucyate ||
ตั้งแต่กำเนิด เขากล่าวว่า “ศีรษะ” นั้นแท้จริงเป็น “ส่วนที่ห้า” แล้ว พระรุทระจึงประทานมนตร์สายอถรรพณ์ ซึ่งทำให้ผู้สาธกหลุดพ้นได้โดยฉับพลัน
