Pṛthivī (defaulted per dialogue framework; verse is phrased as a devotional address to the instructor-deity)
It exemplifies a common Purāṇic philosophical motif: the universe is described as pervaded by, and not ultimately separate from, the supreme principle addressed as Deva—useful for tracing how cosmological language and devotional address intersect in Purāṇic Sanskrit.
No specific geographic toponym appears in this verse; it is framed as a universal (cosmological) statement rather than a tīrtha or regional description.
The central philosophical instruction is reliance/refuge (śaraṇa-prapatti) grounded in the claim of pervasive immanence: since nothing exists independently of the addressed principle, the appropriate stance is humility and seeking protection rather than asserting separateness.
