तमप्यसङ्गशस्त्रेण चिच्छेद तिलकाण्डवत् । तस्मिँच्छिन्ने दशांशेन ह्रस्वमन्यमपश्यत ॥ ५३.२० ॥

tam apy asaṅgaśastreṇa ciccheda tilakāṇḍavat | tasmiṁ chinne daśāṁśena hrasvam anyam apaśyata || 53.20 ||

เขาก็ได้ตัดผู้นั้นด้วยอาวุธที่ชื่อว่า 'อสังคะ' ประดุจดังการตัดก้านงา และเมื่อผู้นั้นถูกตัดขาดแล้ว เขาก็ได้เห็นอีกผู้หนึ่งซึ่งสั้นกว่าเดิมหนึ่งในสิบส่วน
