मम दोषापराधस्य शृणु तत्त्वेन यत्फलम् ॥ जम्बुको जायते भूमौ वर्षाणां नव पञ्च च ॥

mama doṣāparādhasya śṛṇu tattvena yatphalam || jambuko jāyate bhūmau varṣāṇāṃ nava pañca ca ||

จงฟังผลแห่งโทษและความผิดของข้าพเจ้าโดยความจริง: ผู้หนึ่งย่อมเกิดบนแผ่นดินเป็นสุนัขจิ้งจอกเป็นเวลาเก้ากับห้าปี คือสิบสี่ปี
