स तू पवस्व परि पार्थिवं रजो दिव्या च सोम धर्मभिः । त्वां विप्रासो मतिभिर्विचक्षण शुभ्रं हिन्वन्ति धीतिभिः ॥

sá tū́ pavasva pári pārthiváṃ rájo divyā́ ca soma dhárma-bhiḥ | tvā́ṃ víprāso matíbhir vi-cákṣaṇa śúbhraṃ hinvanti dhītí-bhiḥ ||

ฉะนั้น โอ โสมะ จงไหลเวียนโอบรอบแดนดินและแดนฟ้า ด้วยกฎแห่งการกระทำอันชอบธรรมของท่าน (dharma). โอ ผู้มีทัศนะอันแจ่มชัด เหล่าวิปรา (vipra) เร่งเร้าท่านด้วยความคิดและญาณหยั่งเห็น—ให้ท่านขาวผ่องและสุกสว่าง—ด้วยสมาธิภาวนาอันแน่วแน่ (dhīti).
