Sukta 8.97
स नः सोमेषु सोमपाः सुतेषु शवसस्पते । मादयस्व राधसा सूनृतावतेन्द्र राया परीणसा ॥
sá naḥ sómeṣu soma-pāḥ sutéṣu śavasaḥ pate | mā́dayasva rā́dhasā sūnṛtā́vaténdra rāyā́ parīṇásā ||
ขอพระองค์เพื่อพวกเรา ในบรรดาเครื่องบูชาโสมะ ในโสมะที่คั้นแล้ว—โอผู้ดื่มโสมะ เจ้าแห่งพลัง—จงเริงเมาด้วยทานของพระองค์เถิด โออินทระ ด้วยความเต็มเปี่ยมแห่งวาจาสัตย์และด้วยความบริบูรณ์แห่งภาวะ จงยังเราให้รื่นรมย์และให้เข้มแข็งด้วยความมั่งคั่งนั้น
