त्वं ह त्यद्वृषभ चर्षणीनां घनो वृत्राणां तविषो बभूथ । त्वं सिन्धूँरसृजस्तस्तभानान्त्वमपो अजयो दासपत्नीः ॥

Transliteration

tváṃ ha tyád vṛṣabha carṣaṇīnā́ṃ ghanó vṛtrā́ṇāṃ taviṣó babhūtha | tváṃ síndhūṃr asṛjas tastabhā́nān tvám apó ajayo dāsápatnīḥ ||

Translation

ท่านแลคือโคอุสภะแห่งหมู่ชน; ด้วยเดชานุภาพท่านเป็นผู้ทุบทำลายเหล่าผู้กีดขวาง. ท่านปลดปล่อยสายน้ำทั้งหลายที่ถูกกักไว้; ท่านชนะครอบครองนทีและอาโป (Āpas) ที่ถูกบังคับให้รับใช้ดาสะ (Dāsa, อำนาจมืด).
