आ यातं नहुषस्पर्यान्तरिक्षात्सुवृक्तिभिः । पिबाथो अश्विना मधु कण्वानां सवने सुतम् ॥
Transliteration
ā yātam náhuṣas pár y antárikṣāt suvṛ́ktibhiḥ | pibā́tho aśvinā mádhu kaṇvā́nāṃ sávane sutám ||
Translation
จงเสด็จมาเถิด โอ อัศวิน จากแดนที่มนุษย์เอื้อมไม่ถึง จากอันตริกษะ (antarikṣa) อันเป็นห้วงกลาง ถูกเชื้อเชิญด้วยถ้อยคำสรรเสริญที่ร้อยเรียงงดงาม; แล้วจงดื่มมธุ—โสม (soma) อันคั้นแล้ว ในพิธีบูชาของเหล่ากัณวะ (Kaṇva).
