Transliteration
índram íd vimahīnā́ṃ médhe vṛṇīta mártyaḥ | índraṃ saniṣyúr ūtáye ||
Translation
ในความเพียรพยายามอันยิ่งใหญ่แห่งความรู้แจ้ง มนุษย์ผู้ต้องตายย่อมเลือกเพียงอินทรา (Indra) เท่านั้น; เพราะผู้ที่เขาปรารถนาจะได้มาเพื่อความเกื้อหนุนอันนำสู่ความพ้นภัย ก็คืออินทรานั่นเอง.
