आ नः स्तोममुप द्रवत्तूयं श्येनेभिराशुभिः । यातमश्वेभिरश्विना ॥

ā́ naḥ stómam úpa dravat tū́yaṃ śyenébhir āśúbhiḥ | yā́tam aśvébhir aśvinā ||

ขอท่านจงแล่นมาสู่บทสรรเสริญของเราด้วยความเร็ว; จงมาพร้อมเหยี่ยวอันฉับไว—พลังแห่งการโผบินอันแหลมคม—เถิด; โอ อัศวินทั้งสอง จงมาถึงด้วยม้าของท่าน (พลังที่พาดวงวิญญาณให้ก้าวหน้า).
