Sukta 8.46
प्रभङ्गं दुर्मतीनामिन्द्र शविष्ठा भर । रयिमस्मभ्यं युज्यं चोदयन्मते ज्येष्ठं चोदयन्मते ॥
pra-bhaṅgáṃ dur-matī́nām índra śaviṣṭha ā́ bhara | rayím asmábhyaṃ yújyaṃ codayán-mate jyéṣṭhaṃ codayán-mate ||
โอ้ อินทรา ผู้ทรงพลังยิ่งในฤทธิ์ จงนำมาสู่เราซึ่งการทำลายความคิดคดร้ายของเหล่าผู้มุ่งร้าย; และในเจตนาที่ตื่นรู้ของเรา จงเร่งเร้า “รายิ” (Rayi) —ทรัพย์อันควรเทียมแอกสู่กิจ—ให้มาหาเรา; จงเร่งเร้าพลังแห่งความอุดมสมบูรณ์อันสูงสุดและเก่าแก่ที่สุดด้วยเถิด.
