Sukta 8.35
पिबतं च तृप्णुतं चा च गच्छतं प्रजां च धत्तं द्रविणं च धत्तम् । सजोषसा उषसा सूर्येण चोर्जं नो धत्तमश्विना ॥
píbataṃ ca tṛpṇutáṃ cā́ ca gacchataṃ pra-jā́ṃ ca dhattáṃ dráviṇaṃ ca dhattam | sajóṣasā uṣásā sū́ryeṇa córjaṃ no dhattam aśvinā ||
จงดื่มและอิ่มเอม แล้วจงมาหาเรา; จงประทานบุตรหลานแห่งชีวิต และประทานความอุดมแห่งทรัพย์สินด้วย. ด้วยใจเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกับอุษัส (Uṣas) และสุริยะ (Sūrya) โอ อัศวิน (Aśvinā) จงประทานพลังหล่อเลี้ยง (ūrj) แก่เราด้วยเถิด.
