आ प्र यात मरुतो विष्णो अश्विना पूषन्माकीनया धिया । इन्द्र आ यातु प्रथमः सनिष्युभिर्वृषा यो वृत्रहा गृणे ॥

Transliteration

ā prá yāta maruto víṣṇo aśvínā pū́ṣan mākī́nayā dhiyā́ | índra ā yātu prathamáḥ saniṣyúbhir vṛ́ṣā yó vṛtrá-hā gṛṇé ||

Translation

จงก้าวมาเถิด—เหล่ามรุต (Maruts), วิษณุ (Viṣṇu), อัศวิน (Aśvins), ปูษัน (Pūṣan)—ด้วยความคิดที่ไม่แตกแยก ไม่ฉกฉวย. และขอให้อินทระ (Indra) เสด็จมาก่อนพร้อมผู้แสวงชัยชนะ—พญาวัวผู้สังหารวฤตระ (Vṛtra) แห่งความกีดขวาง ให้ได้รับการยืนยันด้วยบทสรรเสริญของเรา
