तम्वभि प्र गायत पुरुहूतं पुरुष्टुतम् । इन्द्रं गीर्भिस्तविषमा विवासत ॥

จงขับร้องถวายแด่พระองค์ด้วยการหลั่งไหลเต็มเปี่ยม—แด่อินทระ ผู้ถูกอัญเชิญเนืองนิตย์ ผู้ได้รับสรรเสริญยิ่ง; ด้วยถ้อยคำแห่งแรงบันดาลใจ จงเชื้อเชิญพลังอันเกรียงไกรให้มาใกล้ และให้สถิตในท่านทั้งหลายเป็นเดชะแห่งชัยชนะ.
