प्र वीरया शुचयो दद्रिरे वामध्वर्युभिर्मधुमन्तः सुतासः । वह वायो नियुतो याह्यच्छा पिबा सुतस्यान्धसो मदाय ॥
prá vīra-yā́ śúcayo dadrire vām adhvaryúbhir mádhu-mantaḥ sutā́saḥ | váha vāyo ni-yúto yā́hy ácchā píbā sutásyā́ndhaso mádāya ||
ด้วยพลังแห่งวีรบุรุษ เครื่องบูชาที่คั้นแล้วอันบริสุทธิ์ได้แล่นมาหาทั้งสองพระองค์ จัดเตรียมโดยอัธวรยุ (adhvaryu) ทั้งหลาย เปี่ยมด้วยความหวานดุจน้ำผึ้ง โอ้ วายุ (Vāyu) จงนำหมู่พาหนะที่เทียมไว้ (niyut) มาเถิด จงมาที่นี่—จงดื่มแก่นสารโสมะ (soma) ที่คั้นแล้ว เพื่อความปีติอันขยายความเป็นอยู่
