Sukta 7.82
अर्वाङ्नरा दैव्येनावसा गतं शृणुतं हवं यदि मे जुजोषथः । युवोर्हि सख्यमुत वा यदाप्यं मार्डीकमिन्द्रावरुणा नि यच्छतम् ॥
arvā́ṅ narā daivyénāvasā́ gátam śṛṇutáṃ hávaṃ yádi me jújoṣathaḥ | yuvór hí sakhyám utá vā yád ā́pyaṃ mārḍī́kam indrāvaruṇā ní yacchatam ||
โอ่วีรบุรุษผู้เป็นทิพย์ทั้งสอง จงมาสู่ที่นี่ด้วยความอุปถัมภ์แห่งเทวภาวะของท่าน; หากท่านยินดีรับคำวอนของข้า จงสดับเสียงเรียกนี้. เพราะมิตรภาพเป็นของท่าน และความกรุณาอันบังเกิดจากน้ำก็เป็นของท่านด้วย—โอ อินทรา และวรุณะ จงประทานพระกรุณาอันเยียวยานั้นให้ตั้งมั่นอยู่ภายในเรา.
