Sukta 7.56
मा वो दात्रान्मरुतो निरराम मा पश्चाद्दघ्म रथ्यो विभागे । आ नः स्पार्हे भजतना वसव्ये यदीं सुजातं वृषणो वो अस्ति ॥
mā́ vo dātrā́n maruto nír arāma mā́ paścā́d daghma rathyó vibhāgé | ā́ naḥ spārhé bhajatana vasavyè yád īṃ sujātáṃ vṛṣaṇo vo ásti ||
โอ มารุตะ (Maruts) อย่าตัดเราขาดจากทานของท่าน; อย่าวางเราไว้เบื้องหลังในการแบ่งส่วนบนหนทางรถศึก. จงแบ่งปันแก่เราซึ่งทรัพย์อันน่าปรารถนาของวาสุ (Vasus) —เพราะในท่านทั้งหลาย โอผู้ทรงพละ มีพลังแห่งการให้ที่ “เกิดดี” อยู่.
