ते सीषपन्त जोषमा यजत्रा ऋतस्य धाराः सुदुघा दुहानाः । ज्येष्ठं वो अद्य मह आ वसूनामा गन्तन समनसो यति ष्ठ ॥

Transliteration

té sī́ṣapanta jóṣam ā́ yájatṛā ṛtásya dhā́rāḥ sudúghā dúhānāḥ | jyéṣṭhaṁ vo adyá máha ā́ vasū́nām ā́ gantana sámanaso yáti ṣṭha ||

Translation

ขอให้ธาราอันน่าบูชาและน่ารักแห่ง ‘ฤตะ (ṛta)’ ไหลรุกไปสู่ความยินดี (joṣa) รีดน้ำนมอันหวานชุ่มอย่างอุดมสมบูรณ์. วันนี้ขอพวกท่านผู้มีใจประสานกัน จงมาสู่ความยิ่งใหญ่สูงสุดของท่าน มาสู่ความบริบูรณ์อันยอดยิ่งของเหล่าวาสุ (Vasus).
