उदिन्न्वस्य रिच्यतेंऽशो धनं न जिग्युषः । य इन्द्रो हरिवान्न दभन्ति तं रिपो दक्षं दधाति सोमिनि ॥
Transliteration
úd ín nv asya ricyatēṃ́śo dhánaṃ ná jigyúṣaḥ | yá índro hárivān ná dambhanti táṃ ripó dákṣaṃ dadhāti somíni ||
Translation
แล้วแท้จริงส่วนแบ่งของเขาย่อมเอ่อล้น ดุจทรัพย์ของผู้ชนะ. อินทราผู้มีม้าศรี (หริวาน) ผู้ใดก็ลวงมิได้—ศัตรูย่อมเพียงตั้ง “ทักษะ” (ความชำนาญ/กลอุบาย) ของตนไว้ในหมู่ผู้คั้นโสมะเท่านั้น (และย่อมสูญเปล่า).
