Sukta 7.104
इन्द्रासोमा समघशंसमभ्यघं तपुर्ययस्तु चरुरग्निवाँ इव । ब्रह्मद्विषे क्रव्यादे घोरचक्षसे द्वेषो धत्तमनवायं किमीदिने ॥
índrāsomā sám aghaśáṁsam abhý àgháṁ tápur yayastu carúr agnivā́n iva | brahmadvíṣe kravýāde ghorácakṣase dvéṣo dhattam anavāyáṁ kimī́dine ||
โอ้ อินทระและโสมะ จงรวบรวมแล้วผลักดันกลับเสียงชั่วและบาปที่กดทับเรา; ขอให้ฤทธิ์อันเผาไหม้ของท่านพุ่งออกไปดุจเครื่องบูชาอันลุกโพลง ประหนึ่งมีเปลวอัคนี (Agni) ร่วมอยู่. แด่ผู้เกลียดพรหมัน/พระวาจาศักดิ์สิทธิ์ (brahman), ผู้กินเนื้อดิบ (kravyād) ผู้มีนัยน์ตาน่าสะพรึง—จงวางความเกลียดชังอันขับไล่ลงบนเขา, ต่อผู้ทำร้ายผู้ไร้โทษ ผู้เป็นคิมีทิน (kimīdin)
