Transliteration

udū́ ayā́m upavaktéva bāhū́ hiraṇyáyā savitā́ suprátīkā | divó rohā́ṃsy aruhat pṛthivyā́ arī́ramat patáyat kác cid ábhvam ||

Translation

พระองค์ทรงเหยียดพระกรทั้งสองขึ้นเบื้องบน ดุจผู้กำกับงานผู้เร่งเร้าและชี้นำกิจ; สวิตฤ (Savitṛ) ผู้มีพลังการก่อรูปดุจทองคำ และผู้ปรากฏงามผ่องใส. จากแผ่นดินอันกว้างใหญ่ทรงไต่ขึ้นสู่ทางสูงแห่งสวรรค์; ทรงจัดให้สรรพสิ่งเคลื่อนไปโดยชอบ และทรงโผผ่านความเวิ้งว้างอันลี้ลับได้ด้วย.
