Sukta 5.16
स हि द्युभिर्जनानां होता दक्षस्य बाह्वोः । वि हव्यमग्निरानुषग्भगो न वारमृण्वति ॥
sá hí dyúbhir jánānāṃ hótā dákṣasya bāhvóḥ | ví havíyam agnír ānuṣág bhágo ná vā́ram ṛṇvati ||
เพราะท่านนั้น ด้วยพลังอันส่องสว่างทั้งหลาย เป็นโหตฤ (hotā) แห่งหมู่ชน อยู่ในวงแขนแห่งความชำนาญและปัญญาอันก่อผล. อัคนี (Agni) แจกจ่ายเครื่องบูชาโดยลำดับอันควร ดุจภคะ (Bhaga) ผู้เปิดคอกอันพึงปรารถนา ปลดปล่อยส่วนแห่งความรื่นรมย์และความบริบูรณ์.
