Translation

ข้าพเจ้าขอกล่าวบทสรรเสริญที่ใหม่ยิ่งและร้อยเรียงประณีตนี้แด่ผู้โบราณกาล; ขอผู้ปรารถนานั้นจงสดับเรา. ขอให้มันซึมลึกยิ่งขึ้นสู่สัมผัสอันในสุดแห่งดวงใจ ดุจภรรยาผู้แต่งกายงาม ผู้ใคร่หา เข้าไปใกล้สามีของนาง.
