सुन्वन्ति सोमं रथिरासो अद्रयो निरस्य रसं गविषो दुहन्ति ते । दुहन्त्यूधरुपसेचनाय कं नरो हव्या न मर्जयन्त आसभिः ॥

Transliteration

sunvánti sómaṃ rathirā́so ádrayo nír asya rásaṃ gavíṣo duhanti té | duhánty ū́dhar upa-sécanāya káṃ naro havyā́ ná marjayanta ā́sabhiḥ ||

Translation

ศิลาบีบคั้นผู้เคลื่อนไหวฉับไวบีบโสมะ; ดึงเอาแก่นรสออกมา แสวงหาฝูงโคอันเรืองรอง แล้วรีดมันดุจน้ำนม. มันรีดเต้านมเพื่อการรินหลั่ง; เหล่านรชนผู้แกร่งกล้าขัดเกลาของบูชาราวกับด้วยปาก—ทำให้เครื่องบูชาสมควรแก่เทพภายในพิธี.
