Sukta 10.53
अश्मन्वती रीयते सं रभध्वमुत्तिष्ठत प्र तरता सखायः । अत्रा जहाम ये असन्नशेवाः शिवान्वयमुत्तरेमाभि वाजान् ॥
áśmanvatī rī́yate sáṃ rabhadhvam úttiṣṭhata prá taratā sakhāyaḥ | átrā jahāma yé ásann áśevāḥ śivā́n vayám úttaremābhí vā́jān ||
สายน้ำที่เต็มด้วยหินกำลังเชี่ยวกราก—จงยึดเหนี่ยวร่วมกัน; จงลุกขึ้นและข้ามให้พ้นไปเถิด สหายทั้งหลาย. ณ ที่นี้ ขอให้เราทิ้งไว้เบื้องหลังผู้ที่ไม่เกื้อกูล ผู้ไร้เมตตา; ขอให้เราข้ามขึ้นสู่แดนศิริมงคล มุ่งสู่ความอุดมแห่งพลัง (vāja).
