Sukta 10.44
इमं बिभर्मि सुकृतं ते अङ्कुशं येनारुजासि मघवञ्छफारुजः । अस्मिन्त्सु ते सवने अस्त्वोक्यं सुत इष्टौ मघवन्बोध्याभगः ॥
imáṃ bibharmi súkṛtaṃ te aṅkuśáṃ yéna ārujā́si maghavan śaphā́rujaḥ | asmín tsu te sávane astv okyàṃ sutá iṣṭáu maghavan bodhy ā́bhagaḥ ||
ข้าพเจ้าถือไว้เพื่อท่านซึ่งตะขอคุม (aṅkuśa) อันประณีตนี้; ด้วยสิ่งนี้ โอ้ผู้เอื้อเฟื้อ ท่านย่อมทลายเครื่องพันธนาการอันรัดตรึงกีบเท้า. ในการคั้น (savana) ของท่านนี้ ขอให้มีที่พำนักอันใกล้ทางกลับบ้าน; ในโสมะ (Soma) ที่บูชาและพิธีกรรมที่ปรารถนา โอ้ มฆวัน ขอจงตื่นขึ้นเป็นผู้แจกจ่ายส่วนแบ่ง.
