गामङ्गैष आ ह्वयति दार्वङ्गैषो अपावधीत् । वसन्नरण्यान्यां सायमक्रुक्षदिति मन्यते ॥
Transliteration
gā́m aṅgá eṣá ā́ hvayati dā́rv aṅgá eṣó apā́vadhīt | vásann araṇyā́nyāṃ sāyám ákrukṣad íti manyate ||
Translation
“โคแน่แท้—ผู้นี้ร้องเรียก!” “ไม้แน่แท้—ผู้นี้โค่นลงแล้ว!” ผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ในอรัณยานี (Araṇyānī) ครั้นยามเย็นย่อมคิดว่า “มีผู้ใดร้องขึ้น” ดังนี้ ป่าจึงแปรความรู้สึกโดดเดี่ยวให้เป็นการปรากฏแห่งชีวิต.
